KB Home is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst in Plano, TX to research and manage land data, supporting our market strategy and asset optimization. You will prepare financial proformas, collaborate with development on budgets and schedules, and analyze due diligence for potential investments.

The role requires 1–3 years in land acquisition or related areas, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits at KB Home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred.
• 1–3 years of land acquisition, transactional work, or entitlement/forward planning in real estate.
• Strong technical and analytical proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with mapping software (ArcGIS, Google Earth, LandVision) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial proformas to evaluate proposed land acquisitions.
• Coordinate with development to set budgets and schedules for proformas.
• Analyze due diligence information for potential investments.
• Develop Land Packages with data for Corporate Land Committee.
