Job summary

AGCO Corporation in Hesston, KS seeks a Human Resources Manager specializing in Labor Relations. This onsite, permanent role leads collective bargaining issues, investigation processes, and strategic employee relations initiatives to protect and advance business objectives.

The role partners with leaders and HR to coach managers, support workforce planning, and use analytics to drive better decisions and employee outcomes in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required; master's degree or MBA preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred; Labor Relations Certificate preferred.
• Approximately 9+ years of progressive experience in labor relations or HR, preferably including supervision, investigations, grievance administration, and bargaining agreement administration.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; unionized manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of labor and employment law and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities including contract interpretation, grievance management, and negotiation support.
• Conduct and lead workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns and policy violations.
• Advise leaders, supervisors, and HR stakeholders on employee relations matters and organizational risk.
• Coach leadership through workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, and organizational change initiatives.
• Leverage workforce data and analytics to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
