Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as chief spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations in a large manufacturing company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; Master’s in Labor Relations/HR or JD is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience across multiple plants and unions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Employee and Labor Relations strategies which deliver a competitive advantage for OC
• Leading collective bargaining as the Company’s chief spokesperson in negotiations and administration of labor agreements across all business units
• Developing Manufacturing and HR Leaders through coaching and training
• Assessing and sustaining great work environments to improve business results
