Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor/Industrial Relations, HR Management or related field.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience, incl. labor relations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with employees in field and office settings.
• Advises plant management in labor contract administration.
• Researches grievances and coordinates arbitration as needed.
• Prepares for contract negotiations, including costing and proposals.
• Counsels employees, supervisors, and managers on confidential matters.
• Generates reports and supports employee development programs.
• Leads investigations and corrective action processes.
• Interacts with HR on recruitment, salary, and position descriptions.
