The Fedcap Group seeks a diligent Labor Cost Analyst in New York to analyze payroll and workforce costs across programs, projects, and funding sources. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, FP&A, and Program teams to ensure accurate allocations, budgeting, and reporting.

The role emphasizes data extraction, interpretation, and model-building to assess financial impact of staffing and program changes, supporting contract billing and project performance insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ related work experience.
• Experience with payroll analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data management.

Aufgaben

• Payroll analysis and reporting including actual vs budget and forecast.
• Develop and track Payroll KPIs (vacancies, overtime, outside labor, payroll as % of revenue).
• Analyze payroll allocations and ensure accurate project Funding Source allocations.
• Cost allocation and project costing of administrative and indirect costs across projects.
• Budgeting and forecasting support for annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
