Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with impact.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly labor plan performance narrative and variance analysis.
• Build and refine labor plan reporting mechanism for leadership.
• Coordinate across field Finance, analytics, and planning teams to align data.
• Develop an escalation framework for short-term vs structural issues.
• Dive deep into data to ensure reporting accuracy and actionable insights.
