Wedgewood Pharmacy in Portland, ME (and Swedesboro, NJ) is hiring a Business Analyst to support the Transformation Office and drive the Value Creation Plan. This role will tackle the hardest questions the executive team faces, turning data into reporting and governance that keeps leadership aligned on performance.

This role requires 2+ years in analytics or strategy, strong Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; approximately 2 years of experience in a analytics/strategy role.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools preferred.
Ability to convert fragmented inputs into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

Owns enterprise KPI reporting, including data integrity, reporting cycles, and version control.
Analyzes performance trends and identifies emerging risks and opportunities.
Produces executive-, Board-, and investor-ready reporting and insights.
Develops diagnostics and early warning indicators to support leadership decisions.
Translates data into clear materials and supports transformation communications.
