Wedgewood Pharmacy is hiring a Business Analyst to support our Transformation Office and help drive our Value Creation Plan. This role will work directly on the hardest problems facing the company and get close to the questions our executive team works on every day: what the KPIs are really telling us, where performance is ahead or behind plan, and how to remove blockers to delivering on initiatives. You'll turn that analysis into the reporting and governance support that keeps leadership aligned on what’s working and what needs attention. Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $95K-$110K salary, commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; approximately 2 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable client- or stakeholder-facing analytical role, with strong data and Excel skills.
