Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission-oriented Knowledge Management specialists to support planning, development, execution and analysis of full-spectrum cyber operations for government clients.

You will independently develop executive-level briefings, manage records, and coordinate responses to RFIs, ensuring proper documentation and timely collaboration across command teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3 years of knowledge management experience.
• Experience drafting formal military correspondence such as memorandums, policy letters and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Post, edit, and maintain content on client websites/portals.
• Prepare written responses to RFIs and internal queries from leadership.
• Maintain records per client records management policies.
• Organize data, security groups, and file structures for accessible storage.
• Develop TTPs for information flow and exercises.
• Attend Knowledge Management Working Group meetings and KM trainings.
• Assist in establishing KM priorities and mission objectives.
• Develop performance measures to track KM progress quarterly.
• Facilitate use of a Workload Management System and coordinate resources.
• Identify improvements and tech solutions for information discoverability.
• Improve collaboration and efficiency across command KM program.
