Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data stewardship, corporate paralegal work, legal operations, or a knowledge management function within a law firm.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, FINRA, CFIUS) and deal structures preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary data steward for Corporate Transactions related data assets.
• Ensure accuracy of client, deal, and matter data in relevant databases.
• Collaborate with practice groups to understand evolving data needs.
