Job summary

Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a qualified HR strategist to support the DoD, USTRANSCOM, and Joint Staff with strategic workforce planning and policy analysis. The role emphasizes macro-level civilian personnel insights, organizational design, and cross-service compliance guidance.

The position requires a decade of federal HR experience in military and civilian contexts, with strong capabilities in workforce analytics, data-driven recommendations, and leadership advisory support for manpower

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
10+ years of Federal government HR experience.
Expertise in military personnel management and federal civilian HR.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic workforce planning and management analyses aligned with organizational goals and mission requirements.
Offer senior advisory support on workforce composition, talent management, and retention with macro-level civilian personnel analysis.
Conduct organizational design analysis and compare structural models for efficiency and resource optimization.
Analyze joint and service-specific personnel policies and recommend command-level policy modifications.
Serve as SME for evaluation and awards programs across multiple services while ensuring compliance with DoW and command policies.
Perform advanced data analysis on workforce trends and prepare senior-level reports and briefings.
