Job summary

Core Government Services seeks an experienced leader to serve as the Joint Effects Division Lead supporting the US Army's Mission Command Training Program. You will guide operations, strategy, and execution of the JED to deliver joint effects capabilities across echelons.

The ideal candidate will manage a diverse team, hold a TS/SCI clearance, and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to advance key initiatives while applying innovative DoD planning processes and multi-domain

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in joint or defense-related environments.
• Understanding of joint effects and multi-domain operations.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic vision aligned with objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Sound judgment for strategic decisions in dynamic environments.
• Minimum 4 years of related field experience with MDO or cross-functional teams.
• Must be MEL4 graduate and hold a TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Joint Effects Division aligned with objectives and resources.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance joint effects delivery across MDO.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team.
• Oversee development and evaluation of joint effects plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic direction.
• Represent the division in high-level discussions with stakeholders and partners.
• Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Monitor and report division performance against standards.
