Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Jewelry Planner/Merchandiser to strategically plan and manage merchandise across departments, partnering with Buyers to hit sales and profitability targets. You will lead the merchandising team, oversee the MAP system, and cultivate supplier relationships.

Flexibility to meet business needs, including occasional meetings outside standard hours, is expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with advanced data manipulation.
• Experience with SAP BW/BO and data tools for planning.
• Knowledge of WSSI and assortment planning platforms.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and decisive decision-making capabilities.
• Highly logical with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, manage, and monitor merchandise purchases and distribution.
• Develop departmental strategies in partnership with Buyers to hit financial objectives.
• Oversee MAP system usage and maintain supplier relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team to maximize results.
