Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of vendor management, procurement, IT contracting, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage vendor and contract negotiations for complex IT agreements.
• Draft and review contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Represent Harvard in discussions with external vendors on terms and performance.
• Ensure compliance by partnering with procurement, legal, risk, and security teams.
• Maintain vendor documentation, SLA records, and performance dashboards.
