Job summary

FlexTrade Systems is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager / Purchase Lead to establish and scale the enterprise-wide procurement function. Reporting to the COO and partnering with Finance, this role balances speed, reliability, and cost optimization in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities span IT hardware, software licensing, cloud services, and vendor governance, with potential to build a small team as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or CIPS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a procurement strategy aligned with operational priorities and growth.
• Lead IT hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services procurement.
• Oversee spend across facilities, services, and non-IT categories globally.
• Negotiate complex agreements and manage vendor relationships end-to-end.
• Partner with Finance on budget, controls, and spend reporting.
• Build and develop a procurement team as spend scales.
