Job summary

NYU Langone Health, a premier academic medical center, seeks a Sourcing Manager-IT Professional Services to lead strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and vendor negotiations within the IT Professional Services domain. You will collaborate with MCIT, IT Finance, Legal, and vendor leadership to align with NYU's goals and deliver cost savings, quality, and innovation.

Ideal candidate has strong MSAs/SOWs experience, 5+ years in IT sourcing, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Five (5) years minimum experience in strategic sourcing with IT Professional Services focus.
• Proficiency in core procurement skills including stakeholder, supplier, market, and financial analyses.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year IT sourcing strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with MCIT stakeholders to understand current and future needs.
• Lead end-to-end IT Professional sourcing projects following the 7 Step Sourcing process.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key IT Professional Services vendors.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations including MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders, SLAs, and KPIs.
