You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate complex contracts, and identify opportunities to optimize total cost of ownership while aligning procurement with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels.
• Oversee all spend activity for assigned commodity and determine proper action plan for purchases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute sourcing initiatives including bidding processes and contract negotiations.
• Negotiate contracts using an Agile contracting framework.
• Provide Category Procurement subject matter expertise for the associated business/function.
• Identify improvement opportunities for assigned category areas and recommend actions.
• Utilize analytical thinking and tools to identify new benefits generation; prioritize projects with business impact.
