Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking an IT Sourcing & Enterprise Services Manager to rapidly identify and execute commercial infrastructure opportunities for complex multi-vendor tech environments. You will lead vendor negotiations, contract drafting, and SLA redesign to drive cost reductions and service improvements.

The role requires 8-12+ years, consulting or large tech org experience, and travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of professional experience in IT contracting, software asset management, vendor management, or sourcing advisory roles
• Proven track record of identifying and executing sourcing opportunities with quantified savings
• Experience at a consulting firm or large global tech organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Certifications in software asset management, ITIL, PMP preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Rapid sourcing opportunity assessment - analyze vendor contracts, spend, SLAs, and performance to identify cost savings
• Lead negotiations, contract drafting, SLA redesign, and implementation to capture savings
• Model alternative sourcing approaches and their financial impact
• Audit licensing utilization and negotiate volume discounts with vendors
• Establish and maintain strategic vendor partnerships and KPIs
• Develop and govern service level agreements aligned to requirements
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and operations to align sourcing strategy
