Williams is seeking a Category Manager II/III/Sr for IT Solutions in Houston, TX, blending business strategy with supplier management to optimize technology spend. You will develop and execute strategic category plans across software, hardware, cloud services, and cybersecurity, partnering with IT leadership and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; seven years of diversified supply chain experience.
• Preferred ISM or APICS certification.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interprets business challenges and recommends category strategies.
• Develops and leads supplier qualification and management processes.
• Builds KPIs for supplier performance reviews and risk mitigation.
• Leads cross-functional supplier partnerships to optimize costs.
• Negotiates contract terms and conditions and conducts spend analysis.
