Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading IT solution architecture in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience designing and integrating enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads and governs end to end IT solution architecture across enterprise and laboratory systems.
• Owns solution level architectural decisions impacting system reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Ensures IT solution architectures support compliance with CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.

Skills

Leadership experience influencing teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience designing and integrating enterprise systems

Healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
