Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of customer experience and identify product gaps.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap with prioritized features.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with justification for each item.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, sales, marketing and support.
• Drive product launches with cross‑functional teams and customer demos.
• Act as product evangelist to build awareness and value.
