Qualifications

• Leads and mentors staff of employees that may consist of other supervisors, consultants and professional staff at the business function level.
• Accounts for hardware and/or software planning, business partner selection, acquisition, Tier 3 problem resolution, setup integration, testing and installation.
• Develops annual technology solution plans; assesses client requirements; analyzes data architecture and presents recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors staff of employees that may consist of other supervisors, consultants and professional staff at the business function level.
• Budgets for supported products and services and coordinates investments.
• Negotiates contracts with business partners and drives strategy and roadmap for supported products and services.
• Organizes and coordinates activities for installation, deployment and upgrade of software, hardware and network facilities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure service levels.
