Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors staff, including supervisors and professional personnel
• Manages hardware/software planning, partner selection, testing and installation
• Develops annual technology plans; assesses requirements and recommends solutions
• Oversees budgets for supported products and services
• Contributes to standards and changes to systems/applications
• Manages lifecycle of mission-critical applications for assigned units
• Allocates resources and coordinates with IT teams for implementation
• Establishes performance metrics and shares results with users
• Manages vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Leads risk awareness and compliance with policies and regulations
• Performs other related duties as required
