Ancore is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major IT project in collaboration with the SDAT Real Property Team in Maryland. You will manage timelines, resources and reporting while aligning with DoIT standards and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Five years of IT and business experience in strategic planning, development, implementation and maintenance of systems.
• Previous technical project management experience within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor project schedules, secure resources and define goals.
• Measure progress and report status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Support execution of new technology solutions per SLA and objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans with task definitions and deadlines.
• Estimate task durations and maintain realistic schedules.
• Obtain and manage project funding and monitor budget usage.
• Interface with executives to discuss priorities, opportunities, challenges and risks.
• Ensure compliance with project policies and standards and manage risk mitigation.
