• Seven (7) years of experience in business, data, or systems analysis and/or project management.
• Post-secondary education can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned IT projects. Develop detailed work plans by defining tasks and deliverables, estimating time and resources, and building schedules with milestones.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
• Prepare and deliver status reports with data-driven updates on progress, risks, issues, and financials.
• Oversee risks and issues management for assigned projects; create procurement documentation per program requirements and FDOT policies.
