Job summary

Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for Utility Technology Programs in the United States. You will guide strategic technology initiatives across utility operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and executives to drive modernization and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience delivering large-scale technology programs.
• Proven experience managing enterprise application, system implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams, vendors, third-party partners, and cross-functional project groups.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, leadership, and executive reporting skills.
• Strong ability to align business needs, operational requirements, and technology delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility technology programs and enterprise implementation projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, milestones, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendor, operational, and client stakeholder teams.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, decisions, and escalation processes.
• Oversee System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, deployment planning, and go-live activities.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, requirements, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
• Drive timely issue resolution and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Manage vendor relationships, third-party partners, and delivery performance against program objectives.
• Support compliance with project management standards, governance, documentation, and quality controls.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering modernization, operational technology, digital transformation.
• Communicate clearly with executive leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery partners.
