Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility technology programs and enterprise implementation projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, milestones, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendor, operational, and client stakeholder teams.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, decisions, and escalation processes.
• Oversee System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, deployment planning, and go-live activities.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, requirements, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
• Drive timely issue resolution and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Manage vendor relationships, third-party partners, and delivery performance against program objectives.
• Support compliance with project management standards, governance, documentation, and quality controls.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering modernization, operational technology, digital transformation.
• Communicate clearly with executive leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery partners.

Job Description

As a Senior IT Project Manager - Utility Technology Programs, you will lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives that support electric utility operations across multiple business units. In this role, you will guide complex enterprise programs from planning through testing, deployment, and production go-live-bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
