A managed service provider is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer & Project Lead to drive IT projects and serve as the technical escalation point. The candidate should possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies and networking concepts, alongside proven leadership skills. Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Office 365, SharePoint, and Windows Server.
• Experience with multiple clients in diverse environments within an MSP.
• Proven communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead IT projects including client on-boardings and network overhauls.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support Engineers to enhance their skills.
