Job summary

Pointcore, Inc., working in collaboration with OSF HealthCare, seeks an IT Strategic Operations Coordinator to drive strategic initiatives, program management, and performance improvements across the IT portfolio.

You will partner with IT leadership to identify opportunities, standardize processes, and oversee enterprise programs, balancing innovation with efficiency in a healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare or equivalent with 2 years IT/healthcare experience, or HS diploma with 5 years IT/analytics experience.
• Experience in program management, process improvement, LEAN, RIM, or similar performance improvement methodology.
• Experience with AI tools to improve workplace efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, relationship management, operational improvement and program oversight.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to identify and operationalize strategic IT initiatives.
• Advance initiatives across IT Support, IT Project/Optimization, and enterprise technology functions.
• Monitor cost savings, surveys, and opportunities for standardization and innovation across IT.
