Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8+ years experience managing multiple IT functions.
• Experience supporting energy trading, risk management, settlements, or market operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives with vendors and multiple tech teams.
• Ability to identify and respond to project risks and changing priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology needs and project activities for trading systems initiatives with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure successful delivery through management of risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Provide leadership to project resources and align with standards and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and efficiency across the portfolio.
• Monitor and report project status, milestones, and portfolio activities.
• Promote knowledge transfer and reduce key-person dependency risks through documentation and inventories.
• Coordinate with IT, business partners, and vendors; perform additional responsibilities as needed.
