Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Eight+ years managing multiple IT functions.
• Experience with energy trading, risk management, settlements, scheduling, market operations, or related business functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology needs and project activities for trading systems with tech groups, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure successful delivery of project deliverables through risk, issue, action, and decision management.
• Provide leadership to project resources and align with standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and operational efficiency across the trading portfolio.
• Monitor and report project status, milestones, and portfolio activities with enterprise tools.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to reduce key-person dependency risks.
