Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead a large-scale IT operations program for the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Security.

The role oversees service desk, network engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications while reporting to Government leadership. We require 12+ years in federal IT program management, 5+ years in large-scale operations, and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Program Office and COR.
• Lead execution of all program activities, deliverables, staffing, and subcontractor performance
• Direct transition, steady-state operations, and continuous service improvement efforts.
• Manage program budgets, staffing plans, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Oversee service delivery across enterprise IT operations, cloud environments, cybersecurity, network engineering, and infrastructure support functions.
• Ensure compliance with Department of State, NIST, FISMA, FITARA, RMF, and agency-specific requirements.
• Lead executive reporting, governance reviews, and operational performance assessments.
• Drive modernization initiatives while maintaining operational continuity.
