Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, project management, or related field.
• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in manufacturing, engineering, product development or defense.
• Experience with program planning, resource/capacity analysis, cost estimating, risk management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between GMD, GAIC/PPO, and stakeholders for new work requests and opportunities.
• Establish a disciplined intake funnel for non-traditional requests and ensure consistent evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and develop governance, criteria, and approval recommendations.
• Coordinate capacity planning, staffing, tooling, and capital investment analyses for programs.
• Develop repeatable standards and templates for future studies and maintain visibility with leadership.
