Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sourcing strategies focused on total value creation.
• Conduct spend analysis, market research, and supplier benchmarking.
• Lead sourcing events including RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and negotiations.
• Ensure smooth contract handoff and alignment with operations.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Center of Excellence to apply standardized tools.
• Monitor performance metrics and support corrective actions.
• Identify supplier risks and escalate to senior leadership.
• Adhere to procurement policies and workflows.
