Job summary

Perdue Farms seeks a Senior Manager of Digital Procurement and Analytics in Salisbury, MD to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of procurement tech. You will own digital tools for sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and analytics to drive data-driven decisions and compliance across the enterprise.

You will oversee platform governance, drive adoption, and partner with IT analytics to deliver dashboards and insights, with a base salary in a competitive range and annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in procurement tech, source-to-pay, or digital transformation.
• Proven deployment/management of sourcing, contracting, supplier management and P2P platforms.
• Experience driving adoption and change management for new tech implementations.
• Strong data governance, reporting, and integration of procurement systems.
• Strong program/project management skills for large-scale deployments.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into measurable business value.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders across procurement, IT, and business.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the procurement technology roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Identify and implement digital solutions to enhance sourcing, contracting, supplier management and P2P.
• Ensure platforms are scalable, integrated, and aligned with transformation goals.
• Serve as the owner of digital platforms and core procurement systems.
• Oversee configuration, upgrades, and governance for procurement technologies.
• Monitor performance and user experience to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead implementation projects for new tools and enhancements.
• Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management with Procurement Transformation Lead.
• Ensure system controls, policies and compliance standards with governance teams.
• Partner with IT analytics teams to ensure high-quality data and deliver dashboards.
