Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and governance across the enterprise. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring alignment with IT, Finance, Legal, and Information Security while driving cost-saving initiatives.

You will oversee vendor documentation, compliance, and audit-ready records, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to validate requirements and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Workday).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of goods and services.
• Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements, budgets and approvals.
• Assist in contract negotiations including pricing, terms, and SLAs.
• Maintain vendor records, repositories, and renewal calendars.
• Support due diligence, governance, and regulatory compliance.
