Job summary

Calista Corporation is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage the full procurement lifecycle, conduct market research, and support cost-effective purchasing across IT and related functions.

You will develop RFQs/RFPs, evaluate vendors, analyze pricing, and ensure audit-ready documentation while coordinating with IT, finance, and program teams. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in procurement/sourcing or related field.
• Three years IT procurement, purchasing, financial analysis, or related work.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with IT hardware, software licensing, and SaaS.
• Experience with ERP or procurement/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement lifecycle from requisition to PO award and administration.
• Conduct price and cost analyses to determine fair pricing.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations, proposals, and bids.
• Prepare and audit-ready procurement documentation.
• Develop and issue RFQs, RFPs, and related documents.
• Analyze supplier performance, pricing trends, and metrics.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and operations on procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and contracts.
• Assist with contract modifications and PO changes.
• Support supplier relationship management and issue resolution.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on savings opportunities and risk.
• Coordinate POD with IT Budgeting and Purchasing Analyst.
