Significance, Inc. is a woman-owned consulting firm supporting federal civilian and DoD customers, seeking an IT Portfolio Management Support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. On-site 2–3 days per week and an active Secret clearance are required.

The role provides strategic, technical, and programmatic support to AF/A4P in IT/OT portfolio governance, alignment of technology investments, and modernization initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve logistics for Warfighter missions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required and must be maintained.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience supporting IT programs, technology initiatives, or portfolio management.
• Ability to translate business and mission requirements into actionable technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional governance forums and leadership discussions.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset for data-related challenges.

Responsabilités

• Support IT/OT portfolio governance, technology strategy, and policy.
• Align investments and modernization efforts with DoD/DAF/A4 priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership, program offices, and industry partners.
• Support enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance activities.
• Assist with data analytics, system migrations, and reducing technical debt.
