Job summary

The Bureau of Economic Analysis in Suitland, MD seeks an IT Specialist (Policy and Planning) in the Office of the Chief Information Officer. The role supports policy, budgeting, and planning for IT investments and SharePoint collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating the four core competencies listed: detail, service, communication and problem solving.
• IT-related experience suitable for Band 3 (GS-11) with federal budgeting and CPIC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage and coordinate IT-related projects and teams in a federal setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of Federal budget processes and CPIC to IT budgets.
• Support IT investment planning using TBM principles.
• Coordinate IPT activities and administer SharePoint for collaboration.
