Reporting to the VP of IT Operations, you will oversee IT planning, governance, and ServiceNow platform optimization, partnering with executives to align initiatives with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT strategy and planning in large organizations.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into IT roadmaps.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience with IT governance and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for IT Planning functions and governance.
• Oversee demand management, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
• Lead IT HR Planning including onboarding, training, and workforce planning.
• Establish IT governance frameworks and quality assurance practices.
• Champion IT change management and foster a positive IT culture.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate IT value and performance metrics.
• Collaborate on IT strategic plan and roadmap with IT leadership.
• Manage ServiceNow platform administration and optimization for ITSM workflows.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure IT planning effectiveness.
