Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a senior information services leader reporting to the CIO to drive strategic, financial and operational initiatives across the IS function. You will partner with IS teams, finance, supply chain and vendors to ensure priority projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

This role provides structure, accountability and cross‑functional integration to strengthen patient care delivery, optimize resources and improve IS performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and financial systems.
• Executive judgment and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Represent the CIO in financial and operational forums with accountability across workstreams.
• Develop transparent reporting to track milestones and financial goals.
• Lead a team to ensure alignment and accountability across IS and partner teams.
• Design and facilitate a strategic IS business rhythm with vendors and stakeholders.
