Job summary

IEM, a long-standing electrical manufacturing company, seeks an experienced IT Manager for its new San Antonio facility. You will lead the on-site IT team, define IT strategy, and ensure secure, scalable technology services aligned with business goals.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive site projects, manage budgets, and uphold regulatory and security standards across the site. Occasional travel to other IEM sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years IT experience including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading IT teams in manufacturing/plant environments.
• Strong background in infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security.
• Experience with ITIL and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Budget, vendor, and contract management experience.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead site IT team at the San Antonio facility.
• Own IT strategy and execution for the site.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services.
• Act as advisor to business leaders and IT leadership.
• Manage site IT budget and vendor relationships.
• Drive IT projects and monitor KPIs for service delivery.
