Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Chief Information Officer to lead ERAC’s IT function, aligning technology strategy with business goals, risk management, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and vendor management while partnering with the CEO and senior leaders to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
• Significant senior leadership experience in information technology.
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, finance, or similar) preferred.
• Able to align technology strategy with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with executive leadership and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ERAC’s overall IT strategy in line with business goals.
• Lead core IT functions: infrastructure, applications, service delivery, cybersecurity, data management, architecture, vendor management.
• Ensure stability, security, scalability of the technology environment.
• Oversee planning and execution of technology investments and initiatives.
• Establish IT governance, policies, standards and controls for a regulated environment.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve service delivery.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Provide leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives requiring cross-functional sponsorship.
• Foster collaboration across finance, operations, legal, compliance, risk.
