Southern Company Services is seeking an IT Infrastructure Programs & Projects Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role leads a team of 7–9 professionals and the Technology Planning Analyst, driving governance, budgeting, and strategic delivery of infrastructure initiatives aligned with business objectives.

You will partner with senior leadership to prioritize and fund programs, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver measurable value while promoting accountability and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in technology, program or project management.
• Four or more years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Two or more years working with IT budgets or cost allocation.
• Experience governing and delivering multiple projects.
• Experience developing business cases and investment recommendations.
• Experience with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Governance, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness knowledge.
• Leadership for organizational change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern Infrastructure Services programs and projects.
• Oversee a team of 7–9 professionals and the TPA function.
• Partner with Technology Organization leadership to align priorities.
• Develop business cases, budgets, and investment plans.
• Ensure initiatives are prioritized, funded, and delivered with measurable value.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation across the enterprise.
