Job summary

GuideWell is seeking an Sr IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to coordinate enterprise and subsidiary SLAs, ensuring high-quality infrastructure support and mentorship for junior staff. The role requires strong ITSM/ITIL expertise, vendor management, and risk-aware process improvements.

Responsibilities include leading change coordination, overseeing hardware lifecycle, and driving compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, while mentoring team members and optimizing budgets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT service delivery management in a large-scale IT env.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent work exp.
• Strong ITSM and ITIL knowledge.
• Proven experience managing SLAs, infrastructure compliance, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage SLAs for enterprise and subsidiary IT services.
• Oversee issue resolution and escalation to minimize service disruption.
• Supervise hardware lifecycle and regulatory compliance; negotiate related contracts.
• Lead change delivery to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Mentor junior team members and support training programs.
• Engage vendors and manage procurement to ensure value for money.
• Develop and implement strategies for threat and technology risk management.
• Conduct process audits and drive improvements in problem/incident/change management.
• Coordinate high-volume OS upgrades and migrations with application owners.
