Job summary

IMC B.V. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager – IT to manage complex hardware procurement across various categories. This role entails sourcing, negotiating, and collaborating closely with engineering and finance teams to ensure effective sourcing strategies and optimal vendor performance.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in strategic procurement, particularly in enterprise hardware. The position offers a competitive salary range between $120,000 and $170,000 USD, along with a bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management with significant focus on hardware categories.
• Proven experience sourcing enterprise hardware including servers, GPUs, networking gear, and/or storage systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hardware categories including compute networking, storage, and software.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for hardware procurement; define requirements and drive to award recommendation.
• Monitor hardware market trends, supply constraints, and provide actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
