You will steer strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring reliable, scalable, and compliant technology solutions that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of infrastructure and operations experience.
• 4+ years of people leadership in technical teams.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/WMS and cyber solutions.
• ITIL/ITSM processes and tools familiarity (ServiceNow, Planview).
• Experience with Cisco Meraki, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
• Demonstrated leadership and talent development.

Responsabilités

• Lead infrastructure operations across network, compute, storage, collaboration, cloud, cyber, service, and analytics.
• Lead Service Desk and technology support functions.
• Oversee Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity aligning with standards and goals.
• Implement robust IT security measures and regulatory compliance.
• Develop multi-year infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendors and project timelines.
• Mentor IT infrastructure and operations teams; foster a data-driven culture.
