Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Security, Computer Science, or MIS.
• 5+ years IT leadership and accountability experience.
• 5+ years IT strategic planning experience.
• 5+ years IT workforce planning/management experience.
• 5+ years IT budgeting experience.
• 5+ years IT investment management experience.
• 5+ years information security and privacy experience.
• 5+ years supporting digital accessibility/equity in enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity and enterprise IT activities across multiple teams.
• Support implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability activities, and security compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity assessments and audits.
• Manage cross-team technical dependencies and resource requirements.
• Support IT strategy, workforce planning, budgeting, and investment management.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and security-focused operational practices.
• Support information security, privacy, and enterprise IT governance activities.
