The ideal candidate will have a strong IT management background, vendor experience, and a strategic mindset to improve workflows, drive uptime, and align technology with business goals while managing budgets and multi-location deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT infrastructure, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT Management experience.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience with network and systems administration.
• Familiarity with database management and software development.
• Excellent understanding of IT policies and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in budget planning and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, and cloud environments.
• Assess existing systems and recommend strategic improvements to optimize reliability, performance, and security.
• Monitor system performance and uptime while proactively addressing potential issues.
• Lead IT initiatives for new property acquisitions, encompassing network deployment, hardware provisioning, and software implementation.
• Develop and optimize operational workflows to drive efficiency across all departments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolution for complex issues escalated from IT staff and end-users.
• Oversee system integrations, software deployments, and technology upgrades across multiple locations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and asset inventories.
• Enforce data security protocols and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across all technology platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training and support to the operations, finance and support departments.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships involving hardware, software, internet services and technology contracts.
• Coordinate IT budget management, procurement processes, and project timelines in partnership with senior leadership.
