Job summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our technology team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure performance,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
  • Preferred certifications such as MCSE or VCP.
  • Technical proficiency with Azure AD / M365 administration, Hyper-V virtualization, Networking protocols/services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), IT ticketing system configuration, PowerShell or CLI scripting/automation, and storage/backup technologies in cloud-integrated environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, configuration management systems, or ITIL.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments.
  • Implementing system configurations that align with business objectives.
  • Performing regular system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Ensuring high availability of critical services.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Supporting system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contributing to infrastructure projects from conception through implementation.
  • Assisting in coordinating project timelines and ensuring deliverables align with operational needs.
  • Participating in disaster recovery processes.
  • Supporting security best practices and helping ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.

Position Responsibilities

Required Experience

Candidates should possess:



  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in systems engineering or administration.

  • Demonstrated expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.

  • Preferred certifications such as MCSE or VCP.

  • Technical proficiency with:
